Core Shack

Put Your Project in the Spotlight — Apply to Exhibit in the Core Shack!

Have a discovery that deserves attention? The GSN Symposium Core Shack is your chance to showcase diamond drill core from standout projects—whether it’s a promising new prospect, an advanced-stage development, or an operating mine generating exciting results. This is a high-impact venue designed to connect your project with the people who matter: investors, geologists, technical experts, and decision-makers.

Whether your goal is to attract investment, build strategic partnerships, or share geological insights with the broader community, the Core Shack offers a focused and professional setting to showcase your best dataset including drill core. Each display should be supported by maps, technical data, and visuals that bring your geoscience story to life and highlight the value of your work.

The upcoming Core Shack will feature a curated selection of deposit types and project stages, offering attendees a rich cross-section of exploration and development activity. It’s a prime opportunity to:

  • Promote your project to potential investors
  • Engage with technical experts and peers
  • Demonstrate the geological significance of your results
  • Build visibility within the exploration and mining community

Selected participants will receive a complimentary booth for the duration of the exhibit hall (April 26-29,2027), including space to display core, supporting materials, and engage with attendees.

Due to limited space and high interest, we strongly encourage early submission.

AT THE SYMPOSIUM

Core Shacks will be displayed throughout the conference during the Exhibitor hours. It is the responsibility of the company to be present for engaging discussions and networking.

APPLICATION REVIEW PROCESS

Core Shack submissions will be reviewed by the Core Shack Committee and nominees will be notified accordingly. Submissions will be selected based on relevance to the conference theme, core sample quality and overall contribution to the geoscience and mineral resource community. AKA how shiny, how new and innovative, and how different!

A Core Shack booth comes with one full technical symposium pass, and one exhibit-hall only pass.

HOW TO ENTER

Core Shack submissions will be opening February 1, 2027. We will be selecting the very best projects offered from the Great Basin of western USA.
